2016 Sky Dive for Lets Do It Anyway
Ross and Dan are Sky Diving for us and we thought we would invite you to come along! If you fancy taking on your once in a life time Tandem or Solo Sky Dive, why not join them on Saturday 16th April 2016 and raise funds for 'Lets Do It Anyway'.

National 3 Peaks Challenge 2016
All funds raised from our 2016 National 3 Peaks 24hr Challenge will go to invaluable 'Lets Do It Anyway' Charity projects, funding Norfolk based causes, encouraging individuals & groups to get active, feel empowered, socially included & to improve their condition of life.
The challenge:
To climb & summit the three highest mountains in the UK, which are Ben Nevis (in Scotland), Scafell Pike (in England) & Snowdon (in Wales). That’s 10,000 feet of climbing, which is approximately 25 miles. A great charity group challenge & a fantastic achievement, never to be forgotten!

Although no previous mountaineering experience is required, your endurance will be tested as you climb the three largest peaks in the UK with no sleep! With this in mind, it is advisable to follow a fitness plan in preparation for your challenge.

2016 Boxing Day Dip
Everyone welcome along for some invigorating Boxing Day fun, for the 5th ‘Lets Do It Anyway’ Charity Annual Dip in the Sea at Sea Palling Beach in Norfolk. No minimum sponsorship required, on the day we will pass round a charity box for individuals to contribute an amount of their choice. However, if you would like to raise donations through sponsorship to complete this challenge, please e-mail us tonya@letsdoitanyway.com for a 'Lets Do It Anyway' sponsor form. The Rules: To qualify as a 'Dip', once you have dashed in to the water, you must fully submerge in the Sea, before making a dash back to dry land!
All funds raise will go towards the 'Lets Do It Anyway' 2017 New Year Wish.

No Minimum sponsorship is required; all that we ask is for you to make a donation of your choice in the charity box on the day. However, if you would like to raise donations through sponsorship, please get in touch for a sponsor form
Fancy dress is optional!
You will need: Dry warm clothes to change into & a towel
NB: A waiver form must be completed by/& or on behalf of all participants prior to the Dip. We therefore ask that all under 18’s are accompanied by an adult as a form must be signed on their behalf by a Parent/& or Guardian.
